Cancelation Policy

At Evitement, we understand that sometimes orders need to be canceled. We have outlined our cancellation policy below:

Food Orders a. You may cancel your food order at any time before it has been prepared by the restaurant. To cancel your order, please go to your order history in the app and click on "Cancel Order". b. If the restaurant has already prepared your food, we may not be able to cancel the order.

Grocery Orders a. You may cancel your grocery order at any time before it has been packed for delivery. To cancel your order, please go to your order history in the app and click on "Cancel Order". b. If your order has already been packed for delivery, we may not be able to cancel the order.

General a. If you cancel your order before the applicable cutoff time, we will refund your payment in full. b. If you cancel your order after the applicable cutoff time, we may not be able to provide a full refund. c. The cutoff time for cancellation varies by restaurant and grocery store. Please refer to the app for specific details.
